This is my Oxo Good Grips Garlic Peeler. I love this thing. I use it almost everyday when I peel garlic. It basically rolls the little garlic cloves around in this tube and the natural oil in the garlic loosens up the skin and it pops off really easy. Make sure to not get it or the garlic wet, as that seems to hinder its proper use.
